We answer every enquiry through three channels: live chat, email and the form below. Every message is read by a real person, not an automated bot. Below you’ll find which channel to choose for what.
How to reach us
Live chat is fastest and is staffed around the clock. You’ll find it at the top of the Help Centre, together with the email address. The channels are split as follows:
- Live chat: a reply within a couple of minutes – right when a payout is stuck or a bonus hasn’t been credited
- Email: write to [email protected] – right when you have to attach documents, typically for verification. A reply within 6–12 hours
- Contact form: fill out the form below and our team will take it from there
Complaints
If you’re unhappy with a reply from support, send a written complaint to [email protected]. The message must be sent from the email address the account is registered on, and the subject field must contain COMPLAINT REASON. Include your username, full name as it appears on the account, a detailed description of the matter and exact dates and times. We reply within 10 days of receiving the complaint; if the case is unusually complex, the deadline may be extended.
Before you write
Seven topic sections in the Help Centre cover the most common questions: Bonuses and Promotions, Casino, Deposits, General, My Account and Verification, Technical and Withdrawals. If your question is answered there, you skip the wait entirely. Hit the wrong section when you contact us and the enquiry gets routed onward, which costs you time.

Live chat replies continuously, around the clock. Email and the contact form are handled within 6–12 hours, complaints within 10 days. Every message gets a specific reply to what was actually asked – no template answers.
